Hi,

So I would like to start a drop shipping site and would like to know exactly what I need, from a legal standpoint, to setup in order get started.

The state is Massachusetts.

Do I need an LLC?

What type of additional licenses would I need?

I appreciate your help.

    Trust me, starting a thread like this will only end up with a whole bunch of people telling you to seek the advice of a professional. I agree. You wouldn't come on this forum and ask a whole bunch of random people to diagnose your medical problems would you?
