Which features and capabilities you guys use the most when using an autoresponder service? Which ones you couldn't do without (essential to your work)?

    Really it's not so much about "features" - the top 5 stack up very well when it comes to feature by feature comparisons...

    You need to think about the primary mission and that is deliverability and then secondly integration with your business. For example, some integrate with certain shopping carts better than others, etc... and this can become a big issue. For example if the cart you want has integration but forces double-optins and you use single optins, well that's a problem.

    But I would focus on those two primary concerns - deliverability and integration.

    Integration really implies several other things as well such as flexibility, design, support, etc...
