Can I Share My Success With You ? Part 2

Hello again ,
I just wanted to share some video from our local NBC News Affiliate ( see below) of my wonderful day that took place on Christmas morning. I have to say it was one of the very best Christmas holidays for my family and I.

We spent five hours going from hospital room to hospital room sharing wealth of happiness and joy with some of the most wonderful children that were not able to make it home for Christmas.

My two children age 10 and 13 and a group of other smaller children were my little helpers and we distributed gifts to all. Walking in and seeing a smile on their faces was priceless. I experienced everything from " Santa , why did you come in on a Helicopter?" " Well , Santa had a long night and some of the reindeer needed a break from the long travels over night - So I made a stop at the local airport and my friends gave me a ride in the helicopter so I could continue my trip to see you while at the same time Prancer, Blixin, and Donner were able to get some rest before heading back to the North Pole.

I even had a moment when I was about to leave a 5 year old - Just as I was walking toward the door the little boy said " Santa , please wait don't leave - I turned and walked back to his bed - " What else can Santa do for you?" The little boy replied " Santa I love you - can I get a hug and kiss? " Folks , I have to say I did as asked at the same time holding back tears of joy as well as sadness. I made it to the exit of the room and just lost it. This was a very special moment I will never forget.

After visiting the main Children's Hospital my little helpers and I boarded an Ambulance and traveled across town to the Children's rehabilitation center. These children and their families have been at this center for weeks , months and some close to a year or longer. Here we were able to provide gifts to the children but also to the family as well.

I have got to say I have found my calling during the Christmas holiday and my future goals is to grow my business to the point I can help add to the gifts these children and their family receive. I want to turn two gifts per child into a handful of gifts that each child will receive on this special morning.

Anyway , I wanted to share my excitment with all of you and if you ever get an opportnity to do the same - please take advantage of it. You will providing a great deed and you will feel good doing so.

Hello ,

First of all what I have to say is not money related but will say it is an opportunity to make dreams come true for some special children and I want to share my excitement with you fellow Warriors. I work full time as a member of our local Children's Hospital Newborn Emergency Transport Team and currently in the beginning stages of building my own business that will also benefit children in a great way. Anyway , I received a phone call today asking if I would be interested in playing Santa on Christmas morning. It was as if I hit the lottery - YES - I WOULD LOVE TO DO THIS !!! I feel my Christmas is going be very special for my family and I on many levels. Christmas morning I will be flying in on our Medevac helicopter bringing gifts to some very special children. I will have my little helpers and we will go from room to room handing out gifts to children that can not make it home for Christmas. These are some very sick children that are either in the Intensive Care Units, children receiving chemo treatments for different forms of cancer , children that have experienced traumatic injuries from the result of a motor vehicle crash and are needing rehabilitation and so on. I know these children are sick in many different ways. However, if I can put a smile on their faces even for a short amount of time I have to say it will be more rewarding than hitting the lottery. I have to say this is extremely exciting to me in many ways and I truly appreciate you letting me share my excitement will all of you.

Thank you ,
Jason

"Wow Jason" That is what life is really about. Children too often today are dismissed but they really are the keys to the future.

Kudos to you man for doing that.

    God bless you buddy!
