Hello Warriors. I am new here but it doesn't mean i am new to IM.Recently i just started a PLR business.I went through many ebooks , done some researches and i was able to understand the concept, found a product to sell and now i am stuck at setting up the sale page.I have no problem with the page sale graphic but the site architecture and integration is killing me.Here are my questions.

1)How do set up the payment function?
- I mean all those forwarding the merchant/paypal payment, redirecting to instruction to download my product stuff, setting up the auto-responder thing.
- What can actually i do with auto-responder.
-What script that i need.
2)How do i set the product download?
- Automation of the product download once payment is accepted.
-Detect downloading glitch or problem
3)Refund monitoring
-How to detect/manage refund
-Detecting from whom the payment come from
-Detecting refund request and pay refund to the right one
4)Emails automation
-Informing the client that payment have been accepted
-Giving a unique link to download
5)Building emails list and newsletter

So there are some problems i am facing now.I hope anyone can give suggestions how to tackle those problems.Forward me to where i can gain the resources.
Thank You.

    1. Do a google search for setting up a PayPal payment button (it's pretty simple), you can have it redirect to a page for you to add them to your list. The people on your list are worth way more than the cash you'll make from the sale so you'll want to make sure that you capture them
    2. Starting out a regular HTML page is fine for your download area, if it becomes successful then you can secure it but it's better to just make some sales before worrying all about your stuff being stolen because quite frankly no matter what kind of security you have it can get passed around
    3. Setup an email address for customer support or a support desk and monitor that
    4. Use an autoresponder see below
    5. Aweber.com
    Signature

    1. If you are using paypal they should have instructions on their website on how to setup to take payments on their side.
    2. Aweber is the most common Autoresponder I see people using. Check their site for how to set it up and configure it also search google.
    3. Refunds will be handled by you but if you are using paypal you should have a record of the email address that purchased from you and what they paid, when etc. This will allow you to verify who to send the refunds to.
    4. Aweber or icontact if you are looking for information on autoresponders.
    5. You build your list/newsletter with traffic to your sign up for said list/newsletter autoresponder.
