HELP! With My Clickbank Product's Sales Funnel

Hi Warriors,

I need some advice on my Clickbank product's sales funnel. I'm driving myself crazy with this...

I have a new product on Clickbank and I wanted to know what kind of sales funnel you would recommend.

I have a less expensive front end product and a backend upsell product.

*Also, please keep in mind that I want my business to be primarily driven by traffic affiliates send my way...so I don't want anything in my sales funnel that will turn affiliates off from promoting my product.

Right now my sales funnel is this:

Video Sales page with delayed buy now button-->clickbank order page-->buyer email opt in-->sent to one time upsell--> download page for 1 or both products depending on what they bought

But I'm not collecting many emails addresses b/c I'm only getting the buyer's emails right now.

...Howver, what I originally did was collect emails on a squeeze page for like 2 weeks while I finished the product and then I launched it to that list. The conversions were very good and they only thing I gave to the list to get them to opt in was "to be on the early notification list" when we launched the product.

...so I was considering setting up my front page on my site as a squeeze page again instead...and then "launching" my product to that list on a private sales page on my website with autoresponder messages for the next couple days. (So the the front page of the site would be the squeeze page, then the traffic would be sent to private sales pages on the website starting the day after...and for the next couple days they'd be reminded to act soon)....so it's kind of like an evergreen launch.

...but will this turn off affiliates when they come to my homepage and see a squeeze page that says ..."product coming back soon...enter your email" (plus with some short good copy talking about the benefits of the product of course to get people to opt in)?

...or should I do a squeeze page on the homepage then send the traffic to a One-time-offer for my front end product right after they enter their email? Would affiliates like that better? Would it be better for conversions?

...or I also considered keeping the sales page on the home page and partway through the video having a pop up opt in box pop up to let people opt in and keep watching the video.

Also, my downsell pages are just discounts for the main product (I offer to exit splash pages with discounts for the front end product).

...Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks warriors.

the main thing i want it to attract affiliates and get good conversion rates for them!

Also, is it more profitable to have my downsell pages be discounted versions of my main product...or squeeze pages instead?

I really want to make affiliates cash when they send traffic to my site... and so far I'd say 70% of my sales are from the discounted versions on my downsell pages.

I'm driving traffic to my squeeze page, give them some content and pitch them.

You're conversions are definatly going to increase if you use the model that i use.

I don't think that your affiliates are going to be mad if your building a list. You can offer your affiliates to drive traffic to your squeezepages. Normally they end up with more sales.
