| (I'm not sure if this should go in the Adsense/PPC domain. It doesn't seem like it should but, if it gets moved, I won't take it personally. ) Hello Warriors: This probably seems like a silly question to those 'in the know' but, as it sit here trying to digest a turkey and stuffing sandwich, I was wondering if you can park a subdomain (or folder) instead of the whole domain? For example, if I have a site at www.widgets.com (and do all the normal stuff you do regarding ranking, content-development, etc.) can I set things up to be able to say somthing like, “To see a list of companies selling widgets, please go to www.suppliers.widgets.com” (or www.widgets.com/suppliers/) and have a 'parked' page at that location? If so, how? (Or, perhaps the correct question is, "With what 'parking' company?) Tommy. |

I don't think you can do what you're asking Tommy. Why not just buy a domain: www.purveyors-of-quality-widgets.com and then simply do a redirect from www.widgets.com/suppliers to that page? Does that help you any? TheNightOwl P.S. I hear good things about www.parked.com. Michael Campbell recommends 'em. They wouldn't take riff-raff like me, though. Haven't bothered to ask why; don't expect a response. |

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Global Giving Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund. I have friends in Japan, none of whom -- fortunately -- were affected. But lots of people are still doing it tough. So, thank you on their behalf. | |

You can not park a subdomain or folder of a website specifically. They are part of your web site (like branches of a tree). What you can do: create a folder or subdomain > set up a page there > redirect the visitors to actual suppliers web site. . |

In your Cpanel click "subdomains" then click "manage redirection" next to the subdomain of choice. Then choose the folder or directory path you want the subdomain to follow. I think "park" is the wrong term for what you need. |
