Marc Ostrofsky on The View

I just saw Marc Ostrofsky (Get Rich Click) on The View. He talked about affiliate marketing, product creation and mentioned Clickbank. One of the co-hosts asked why aren't more people doing this. He said they are and they are making a lot of money. So weird, but cool, to see someone talking about what we do on t.v. I wonder what this will mean for Clickbank traffic today?

    My guess is very little, for vendors, because vendors' sales pages aren't hosted "on Clickbank": they're on their own sites. There could be a big surge in traffic on Clickbank's own site, though, as potential affiliates/vendors take a look at the "information pages".

      I wouldn't touch a ClickBank product with a 40 foot pole. Not to mention, most of the people who watch "The View" are sheeple who are functionally comatose and oblivious to anything unless a celebrity they fancy is talking about it.

      Who is Marc Ostrofsky anyway? I guess my sensors are set to tune out pitchmen and pimps.

        I'm not a big fan of Clickbank, but I've gotten some great products and software from there. Not all products on CB suck. As for "The View" I can't comment on that, since I haven't met or talked to every one who watches that show. That would take decades and I simply do not have that kind of time on my hands.

      I seen it too pretty cool. People will be flocking to Clickbank thinking there is some magical money tree there lol. He made it sound so easy. Now that's marketing truth is it takes a lot of work to build a real online business unless your just gonna do it as a hobby. Marcs book is very good by the way for anyone that has not picked it up.

      Even though he only had about 5 minutes he did a great job of getting the word out to more people about the possibility of making money online. Of course there will be those who think it's easy because he made it sound easy. But we know the truth. I love to see marketers on mainstream television. It shows people that what we are doing is real.
