Just don't bother with the Misc section and don't forget that most people who are narcissistic enough to bother posting pictures of their lat spreads on the Internet for other men to see are probably going to be unpleasant online and you'll be fine. lol

Install SeoQuake with Firefox (for free), so that you may see the page ranking (PR) of each forum you may find. You don’t want to waste your time with forums that have zero PR… You want to find forums with PR4 and higher.

Then go to Google through Firefox and type in ‘your keyword + forums’ without quotes.

You’ll see a list of forums, and their PR, thanks to SeoQuake.

If the only goal is a backlink, maybe you can ignore low PR sites.

But, if the goal is traffic, PR is meaningless. A low PR site could have more traffic than a high PR site.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

None of the big forums allow it. Well, actually, I believe that if you post for along time there and get a solid reputation, then they may allow it. I have heard for example of bodybuilding.com accounts auctioning off for a price its signature.

But you'll see: anabolic minds, t-nation, ironmanmagazine, etc. None of them allow it. From what I've seen, no fitness forum worth posting on allows a signature.

Very few forums allow signature links, unless they're to like a personal blog or something and even then it's up in the air. You'd have to contact an admin/moderator personally to get permission.

Really the only places that allow forum signatures are webmaster forums. Start your own forum or something lol.

    Hi Mate,

Here are some examples I found with a good PR rank & they allow signature links too. But keep in mind, use a signature link, after your profile is built there, else any action can be taken against your profile.

    IronMagazine Bodybuilding Forums
Bodybuilding Forums - JuicedMuscle.com - anabolic steroids, bodybuilding, fitness.
UK-Muscle Body Building Community - Bodybuilding Forum

You can try out on search engines with your site keywords + forum to get relative searches according to your requirements.

For ex: body building forums, muscle exercise forums
