200+ Offline emails a day, which hosting service do you recommend?

I have a couple of people sending out emails to Offline businesses on a daily basis. This is done through the company websites themselves, no software, no bulk email etc. But given that I still manage to send out around 200 emails to individual companies on a daily basis (with the help of 2 assistants), I am getting a bit concerned about the potential of getting my hosting account banned. I had a couple of hosts ban me before for using email software. Although I don't use software anymore, I am still concerned about the "numbers".
