Do I need to include domain registration price or not wen selling a website?

When selling a website,

do I include the domain registration price or not?

I mean if I have build a website for 30 dollars,

and I have registered the domain for 2 years, also 20 dollars.

Should I set the lowest price to sell the website to 30 dollars or 50 dollars?

    only you know how much you need to profit from a sale of a website. if you can handle only making $10 and eating the $20 reg then it's your choice

    if you need to make back the $20 also then charge for it.

    it's your call, however most sales I see never mention the reg cost

    I would include that in the sale price, though you may not want to break down the expenses to mention your domain registration fee. Be sure to set the price where you can make back what you've paid to set up the site as well as some profit.
