free wordpress plugin that completely backup all files???

hello warriors,
The title says it all. I need a wordpress plugin that can completely backup both mysql database and my content folder and then email it to me.

If you know the name of any, please share. Looking up to my fellow warriors.

    Thanks but not exactly what I need. I need a plugin that'll backup everything relating to wordpress.

    Using the cpanel backup, I can only backup my entire directory or my mysql or my mail. I need something that will just backup a single wordpress site even if there are more than one wordpress installations on the site.

    Do you absolutely need a plugin to do this for you?

    You could just back up the database (via cpanel or one of the available free plugins) and then just download the wp-content folder via FTP or cpanel (you can zip it 1st using cpanel). Some content folders get rather large and email systems won't deal with them if they are too large.
