High Impact Product Launch in 2011...

Hi all,

Back in 2008 I used Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula to great effect in a non IM niche. I launched an ebook/audio package using his method pretty well exactly. It worked really, really well, and I've been getting passive income from that site ever since.

I'm going to launch a regular real world seminar in the same niche and want to give the first seminar a similar kickstart, but, judging from the way I recognise Jeff's techniques in every third spam email I get these days I have the sense the smart marketer has moved on.

Who is leading the way in laying out a blueprint for powerful product launches in 2011? I need a new blueprint to follow that takes account of Youtube, Video Blogging, Twitter, all that good stuff.

(Just checked Jeff's Site, it seems PLF 3.0 is fully subscribed.)

Thanks,

Thaddeus

I think the principles are the same, except that video is much more dominant than in 2008. I'm not an expert on the topic, though.

Yeah, I'm sure under the surface the buttons that need to be pressed are the same buttons. I'm just curious, has anyone come up with a road map for a refreshed approach recently?

What I'm after is some lovely fancy new footwork on all the new channels for reaching people to hide the fact that I'm arousing interest and desire and setting scarcity flags etc.

The strategy is still the same, perhaps the tactics might have become a bit sleeker. Sure the market might have become savvier, but if the message, product, offer and proof is powerful, conversions will still be high regardless of whether they realize they're being part of a launch process or not.
