What Keywords Would You Use if You Were Looking to Hire an Accountant? ($100 Adwords Cupon Giveaway)

Hi Warriors,

I am trying to use my "advanced" IM skills to help my sister with her job search. She is an accountant, and I am thinking to run an adwords campaign that would point to her resume. She is exteremely qualified, so the only challenge is in getting her resume in front of the right set of eyes.

Obviously my targeted audience is a recruter for an accounting firm, around the area where I live. I have a few keyword ideas like accountant resumes or CPA resumes, but figured I would ask the mighty warriors for their help.

You guys are always very helpful and great and I know everybody is willing to help out of good will, but I happened to have a $100 adwords promotion code that I don't need, and I will PM it to the most helpful person.

Any other tips would also be appreciated!

Great question and one that has me stumped! One problem I see is separating the recruiters from consumers who may be looking to hire an accountant

for example if I was looking for an accountant I'd search for

small business accountant + city
cpa + city
accounting services + city

I'm not sure what I'd look for as a recruiter that wouldn't just show me results for accounting job openings or accountants/accounting firms that are already employed.

I do recommend networking on LinkedIn. It is a very big source of candidates for recruiters for all industries. If you need any information on this, I teach webinars and workshops on how to use LinkedIn for job hunting and can forward some information to you.

There are a few things I would do.
1. I would go to Ask The Headhunter®: Outsmart The Employment System
They have ads where you can submit your resume to headhunters.

2. Then for free you can post to 1,000's of headhunters here
TheRecruiterNetwork

3. next I would go here: Recruiters Online Network: resumes job bank recruiting resources

4. The keyword I would use would be: Hire Accountant exact match Global is 1,000 but it might be frequented by the headhunters.
You could do it with your city variation. The searches will go down but quality will go up.

If it turns out I was most helpful great, but I don't need the coupon, but thanks anyway.

Perhaps consider advertising on Linkedin?

For keywords choose "Town name + accountant"?

Its a shame she doesn't run her own business!

  She doesn't want to run her own business yet. There is too much overhead, she just wants a job that will provide a decent work/life balance. In her previous place she was working like 80-100 hours per week sometimes...
