Suggest a Wordpress Theme

I am looking for a simple clean WP theme with white backgound for a holiday rental website.

It will only have two properties listed. The home page should be divided vertical to feature one property on the left and one property on the right.

The details listing page should show images in a gallery style. i.e one large picture and then thumbnail pictures below where you can select another picture. (Is there a plugin for this if a theme does not have this feature?)

I have looked at a number of real estate themes but I do not need all the search functions and agent details.

Can anyone suggest a good theme paid or free is fine. Please be specific and not just a link to themeforest.net or similar.

    Mark Hess created a very clean, plain white wordpress theme and posted
    it in the war room... You can PM me for it if you like, though I am not sure
    if it can be divided in the middle.

    I like Matt Carters free affiliate theme.

    It can be used for any type of website.

    Very clean and simple, lots of premium customization options too.

    There is a Woothemes theme that does what you want. They are customizable to a good extent, too, so if you wish to get rid of some features, you can do so without any hassle.

      Do you recall the name of the theme in question. I have looked at several of their themes already

    I highly recommend the Headway theme in case you don't know it yet.

    Take a look on it and I am positive you will be glad you did.

      Perhaps but does anyone know if I can hide the search sections (easily) then. It not needed for a site with only 2 properties. I am testing it now but can't find a way to do so.

    You could also use Atahualpa. I usually use a table if I want to divide the main column into two - but the plug-in AMcDermott's suggested sounds as if it would do the job well - I'm going to try it.

    I have several customers in the B&B business. Earlier ones I made using Serif Webplus, now I used Wordpress + Atahualpa for almost all of my clients. (PM me if you'd like to see some examples)

    WP-Creativix 1.5.5 is a nice theme if that helps? It can be customize pretty well I did try it out for a short time but I went back to the 2010 theme. But Thesis is excellent but I found it hard to understand at first but giving it another try though as the functions is excellent.
