What Happened with my domain name?

Hi,

One of my products on first page of Google with main keyword. I am building backlinks regularly.

I do not understand what happened with my domain name.

For example my domain name looks like mydomainname.com

Now domain looks like mydomainname.com/?hop=slava64

What is hop=slava64

This looks like a ClickBank ID. But I do not use ClickBank to sell my product.

Do you have any idea what is it.

      That's odd. I wonder if a script has been injected on your site? I see you asked the same question on a certain other forum in January

          That's odd then. Someone else seems to have asked the same question in the same words. Yesterday it was dated sometime in January. I'm not a member, so can't get into the forum to see what the answers were.

    Have you installed an affiliate plugin by any chance?

    Have you attempted loading it in a different browser like Chrome/Firefox?

      I did not install. This problem appears in Google search not in Yahoo or Bing.

    It's likely that an affiliate has been promoting his link a lot (more than you) and Google decided to give that the top spot. Just a guess.

      I do not use affiliate program. I just checked "this affiliate link" and nowhere to be found on Google.

    Its either that you have some affiliate plugin installed, or your site might be hacked.. I would check just in case.

      I did not install.

      I just checked my site (html page). Nothing unusual nothing strange.

      How do I know if my site's been hacked?

    might be one of your friends from that other forum screwing with ya

    do you keep backups?
    check for newer modification dates on your website's files. Including your .htaccess. (this may be hidden from ftp clients)

    if you see something "too new", compare it with your backup file.

    if you don't have backups, shame on you...
    usually, most of your wordpress or other files remain unchanged and should have similar modification dates. So, if you see index.php was modified last week, and you didn't modify it last week, then it may have a problem.
