Blog Flipping Questions

Okay, I have my own blogs and websites but have never flipped them so I thought I would give it a try but am a little lost on a few things.

I have my own websites on HostMonster.com. Now can I make my own domain name.com and put a wordpress blog on it and sell it? How do I give them the website? Do I FTP it to there own hosting site? How do I transfer the domain name to them?

Also, what plug-in's do I use for optimal SEO? Do you have to pay for these? I want to do this as cheaply as possible. I am inspired by the thread by tommygadget but he didn't say how to do these particular things, especially to those of us who have NEVER done this.

Transferring the domain name should be fairly easy. If you don't have a reseller account you will have to email the website files to the new owner for them to upload. But you will also have to get them a backup of your mysql files. There should be a way to access your phpmyadmin and do a backup of your database to send to the new owner to install too.
The first time that you flip hopefully you will be selling to someone that knows how to install these things already so they may be able to assist you a little if you are having trouble.

wow, sounds a bit confusing but thanks! If I had the money I would get the reseller account. I have made money online before but just from my own subscription site and that barely brought in anything and hasn't done anything this year. Quiet sad really. I thought I would try something new to try and make some real money online. It's really harder then it sounds.

Now for content? Can you put other people's articles on your blog that you are selling? Does the content have to be your own? I know I can get ghostwriters but I am looking for CHEAP right now, LOL!

Also, how do you find a hot niche? Are there ways to go about this? The niche I am in is helping those who's spouse's have had affairs. Not sure this is "hot" enough to sell a blog though. I am not even sure there is anything out there that you can sell through affiliates for this except books. I can write articles on this no problem. Just not sure how to tell if something is "hot" or not before I go through all the trouble.
