Lightning Source (LSI) and bookstore orders
Does anyone have any experience with brick and mortar stores ordering the their book(s) via Lightning Source? I'm curious about how it works. Would the book store contact the author/publisher or LSI directly? Does the book store get discounts based on the quantity. Can stores return unsold books (like they do with with traditional publishers)? I would love to hear about anyone's experience selling books offline through LSI or any other print on demand service.
