Best software for digital marketplace? Non-US (Aus)

Anyone had any experience in creating a digital marketplace where:
- anyone can sell products
- when a buyer makes a purchase, the seller gets most of the money and the marketplace gets a commission

What would be perfect is Amazon FPS Marketplace - but of course you need a US credit card...I'm in Australia.

I could use paypal but I don't think you can split a payment? So the buyer's money would go first to the marketplace, and then they would pay the seller (after taking a commission). This, however, requires two payments, meaning I lose like 5% to paypal (2.9% a transaction or something I think).

Any ideas?

    Try www.tinypay.me
Here you can use your own domain and just put their system on your own site. It's free.
As long as you have paypal, you will get all the cash directly into your account.
