Can you link your Facebook page or Twitter page in your WarriorForum signature?

Hi,

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if I was able to promote my Twitter profile or facebook fanpage in my forum sig?

Its just that in the rules (always read these first) it states:

(5) No Affiliate Links Allowed - Promote Your Own Domain/s Only. It's either this or we have to cut out sig files altogether which we do not want to do.

Now, I don't own Facebook or Twitter (albeit that would be nice!).. so is this a grey area? or...?

And if this is ok where do you draw the line? What about other sites (MySpace, Bebo, etc...)

I just don't want to break any rules.

    I don't see why not since its not a direct link to any affiliate program but lets see what admin says. I think I've seen a few sigs listing social accounts here.

      If you add your facebook/twitter in your profile, it shows up on the left in the avatar section, doesn't it?

        Yes, you can add it to your profile and it will show up on the side.

        If you really want it in your signature then I doubt it's against the rules. But I don't know for sure.
