Once you have built a list, you need to nurture your relationship with your list.

Send your list regular newsletters, some offering free advice/tips related to your niche, and some promoting paid products. It is from promoting these paid products that you will make money, and providing you have created and nurtured a positive relationship with your list, then some of them should buy the paid products you are promoting.

Well, then it is all about advertising and promoting your website and making sure you send your list useful information to gain their trust. From there you can promote products every once and a while through your list, just make sure they are good products. Taking care of your list is very important!

You could also look into creating your own product in the same niche as the one you are already promoting.

Try and get as personal and different with your list/visitors as possible so as to make yourself stand out and have buyers for an extended period of time. Just treat them as people don't pitch to them much if at all and always over deliver.

I suggest you start with the basics. Check out several major programs on the net and decide who can provide you the best "fit" for training.

I was a member of WealthAffiliate dot com. I thought they were great for about two months - then their material seemed to go stale. Nonetheless - I thought they had some of the basics down pretty well.

I am currently a very satisified member of the Chris Farrell Internet training program. You can find him in google and on IMReportCard dot com. He is the number one trainer on the net. Check out his rating - look at his materials.

I am also using Yaro Starak's blog mastermind program. Fantastic trainer and communicates exceptionally well. He and Farrell are very good at what they do - so they are successful.

Jo Barnes is new to FaceBook and Twitter markets. She started with Chris Farrell's program and has a fantastic story.

Here is the value all but Wealth Affiliate provide - free and highly valuable content. Chris Farrell has a whole host of videos on the net. Joining his membership site and you get to download - that is right - download his training videos. I use them all the time to refresh my recollection on points in his training.

Similarly, Yaro Starak has a fantastic and very useful set of materials right off his blog. Joining his membership provides the sharp point on his programs.

I watched each of the programs for a long while and decide they each live up to their mantra - over deliver. Wealth Affiliate is an older program and populated with new leadership that I believe has lost some of the "vision". Chris and Yaro do their own videos and pod casts exceptionally well.

Finally, the very best on the net in my opinion for overall delivery of free and useful information is Internet Business Mastery dot com. Jay and Sterling have a fantastic pod cast from ITunes that is updated about every two weeks. I listen to everyone of them to and from work.

Building a list is as important as properly marketing your site,building backlinks and posting regular content to the site.

As others have stated Talk to your list. Don't always just give them information or send them free things but also ask them what are they looking for what do they want or need to help them grow and make money as well.

Has anyone mentioned offering a service? Writing, website creation, etc. Probably the fastest way to start making money. Though its not passive income of course.

You need to keep your list in "opt in" mode. To achieve this, You must always feed the list with useful information. Don't promote only your offers. When you find something REALLY important share it with your list.

P.S, Be careful when you're choosing information for sharing with list. Trust is main factor what it's excising behind the success, one mistake can destroy everything.

all this will definitely super sized your list.

1- try to find all the free info you can but then narrow down on a specific method and if you think you can go with free stuff you definitely can to earn start up cash then go into other things

2- invest in things like information, tools, resources, advertising, virtual assistants, etc.

3- Your business will scale if you put in the effort
