    Have you tried the wikipedia explanation of an RSS feed yet?

    Next, do you have a blog? It will normally have an automatically generated RSS feed on it. You submit that to RSS feed sites so that your blog posts get mentioned.

    I suggest you simply search Google. It will save us a lot of time explaining.
