Why do threads keep going missing from Warrior forum?

About 1/3 of the threads I create disappear. It's really annoying, you spend ages writing a thread, get a good discussion going, only for it all to disappear just when you're getting somewhere.

Does everyone experience this?

It may be that it is somewhere on the forum, try a 'search' at the top for the title of the thread, or, use your own name to find all of the threads you wrote. I am sure you will find them.

Probably deleted by the mods. The same fate this thread may suffer.

      Attention seeking.
More people need to hit the report button to make sure they don't get it.

I can find the thread on google search but when you click through it doesn't lead to anything.

@ Igibbon - I can think of better ways to get attention. I apologise, I thought that the purpose of a forum was for open discussion, I hardly see what i've done to deserve being reported.

Because they forget to use the search button, I think. And, that button can help you find information more faster than waiting for answer from people to a question asked.

      I use it when needed.

    This will might help you:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...appearing.html

It's also possible that it may have been moved. Always subscribe to any posts you create so you can keep track of them. If it's not viewable then it has been deleted because it violated one of the rules.

Maybe it's not a bad idea to sticky that thread. I'm a newish member and a couple of my posts vanished into the ether. This was a really helpful read and I totally get where the mods are coming from. Will do my best to post in appropriate subforums in the future.

I had a neighbor that disappeared when I was growing up. We were certain that it was an alien abduction. We even went as far as calling the news. For some reason, they didn't want to listen to a bunch of nine year olds.

It turned out she was just visiting her kids in New York for the summer, but I never did believe that story.
