I'm just wandering if this free disclaimer generator: Free disclaimer will suffice for this type of site.

    Let me be crystal clear:

    That Priority Digital crap was a primary impetus for my creation of the Webmaster's Legal Guide and then the Internet Marketing Law Center.

    It could be more dangerous to your business, livelihood and bank account to use Priority Digital and other generic "free" disclaimers - than to use nothing at all.

    Unless, of course, you want to be bait for a feeding frenzy of hungry attorneys.
