Alternative to Intellichat?

Anyone know any good alternatives to Intellichat??

Just looking around to see if theres any different cost effective ways my business grows in 2009!

Virtual Smart Agent is a software package and requires mysql and php... plus a bit of customization. I've also been told it can be a load on the DB (since it lives on your server)

For those who want a drag-n-drop, hosted solution like Intellichat, there MoxieChat.com. It seems very similar but is based on a monthly package and there's a free trial... so you don't have to spend money upfront like Virtual Smart Agent and you can manage your MoxieChat campaigns yourself.

I have a client that's used both and really likes MoxieChat.
