Established Mastermind Group Seeks Two New People

I'm part of an established mastermind group which meets by phone every week for one hour. The core has been together since 2005.

Weekly meeting comprises of a rotating "hot seat" as well as topic discussion, usually based upon a book/audio which members have reviewed during the previous week. Book/audio topics include NLP, copywriting, traffic, product creation, etc. Probably the same topics you're already reading or listening to.

Right now, we're looking for two new people to join for 2009.

Who we're looking for:

- fulltime (no dayjob)
- established (not somebody who quit a job last week)
- goal oriented
- basic skills on a computer (you know what FTP is or know where to hire somebody who does)
- always creating/developing (not sitting on past achievements)
- does this for love of business more than money or guru status

You need to have had *some* success. It's ok if you're not where you want to be yet, but you should have made the kind of accomplishments that are precursors to this.

For example, let's say the goal is $30,000/month. Maybe you make $10,000/month now.

Someone with a specific skillset would be a great plus (SEO, testing, tracking, email delivery, etc), but more or less, we're looking for somebody who is good in ALL areas, especially when it comes to knowing how to generate money and keep a business running. You don't have to be a master at everything, but you need to be able to find a solution to whatever is needed in the day-to-day operations of your business.

You need to be into the basic concept of personal development. You've already read Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, etc.

You need to be nice, open to criticism, and ready to grow.

You need to be able to make a weekly call that lasts one hour. Right now that call is at 11am Eastern on Fridays.
