How to add video to wordpress free version?

Man i got stuck how to add video to wordpress free version that mean www.hadnfha.(dot)wordpress.com. i try to look for information all over internet but that is for paid version only.

the free wordpress version only Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx.

I can't add it directly from youtube, coz it ask visitor who want to watch need to go to youtube.that terrible.

is anyone have free software or site that allow to convert file from youtube to one of this png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx.I only want it to appear as video and not image.

    i know but wordpress is only allow that types of file, i have the video and the video do at youtube now. if i add url youtube, it will ask visitor who want to watch the video went to youtube. so i try it already but fail

    If I want to add a youtube video I use the embed code provided by youtube. It can't get much easier.
