Using no follow links is widely believed to be an SEO benefit. But you can easily control whether your links are do follow or no follow using one of the popular WP plugins such as All-in-One SEO.

  Yes, you will get spam on a dofollow blog. I didn't realize I had activated this is the all-in-on SEO plugin on one of my blogs. When I went back I had thousands of comments waiting moderation.
  
  I am planning to try adding a captcha. Found one with images. Hope this will stop most of the auto-generated comments. People are so greedy! If a blog will give you a dofollow, shouldn't you in return make an intelligent comment, and refer to something specific within the post and give back?
  
  Yeah yeah I know. Dumb question. There are always those who want a quick buck and don't care how they get it.
  
  Anyway the other comment about adding some measure of security is a good suggestion, and moderate your comments that get through is my suggestion.

If you are setting your blog to do-follow just make sure that you put either a protection feature on your comment section or have your comments set for manual approval.

If you have a do-follow blog in no time at all you will find more people attracted to your blog who will post in order to get a link back.

In other words, be prepared to deal with a lot...a LOT, of spam comments. Make sure you got your spam filters setup.

There is no issue of spam comments ,i have set up akismet as well as manual approving of comments.
I want to make link dofollow in post of wordpress without any plugin.

Yeah I too think that it's not the right decision to make comments do follow in blogs. It increase the quantity of spams. But yes if you want SEO people to comment on your blog then surely you can make it do-follow.

Yes these 11 are best selected from the 20 plugins which i was using earlier
some of them are
strictly sitemap.
