Promoting web development services

Hi,

Can anybody give some wise practical advise where/how to promote web development services? At the begining, to get more expierence and recommendation, I can work "pay as much a you want" model.

    - offer your service on outsourcing sites like elance
    - offer them in the appropriate section here in the warrior forum

      Thank you for suggestions.

      I have my own website, it's link is iprojektai.eu, work with SEO, and perhaps after few weeks I get some traffic from google.
