Is It Still Possible To Make Money With WSOs?

I just wanted to ask a short and very simple question:

Is it still possible to make money with WSOs these days? It seems there are so many people running WSOs, that it is probably not that profitable anymore...

However, if WSOs can still be profitable just by putting them here and not promoting them anywhere else, how to do it properly? What type of offers work best? Is PLR not related to IM niche is great?

I can't think why people would be releasing new WSO's day after day if it wasn't profitable? Of course it's profitable.

What type of offers work best?

Why don't you take a look through the pages of WSO's and see which ones are getting the most views, the most customer comments etc? Check out those that are being awarded WSO of the Day. Sign up to Warriorplus.com and check out the WSO Alerts section to see which sellers and which topics are most popular.

    I agree with Hamida

People wouldn't be running droves of WSO's if they weren't making money. A quality WSO could inject money into your bank account rather quickly since this forum attracts a highly targeted audience.

It's like ticketmaster selling tickets, people go to ticketmaster for 1 purpose - to buy tickets! People come here to learn about and engage in internet marketing discussions - who better to sell to than the very same people interested in IM?

The WSO area I hate to say should really be an after thought. It is just a piece of what should be a much larger picture. It is like taking an ad in the newspaper. It is just one area to sell and promote your product/service in.

Your creation should have it's own foundations and stand on it's own. Only then do you look into the best places to promote and sell it.

Here's a question for you - if I am selling things and not making profits should I keep selling? What happens when I run out of money because I have no profits?

If it was Not possible to make money with WSO's then many marketers wouldn't be bumping up their WSO many times (which many marketers are doing).

That doesn't make any sense. Why would you sell something that's unprofitable

What Jills saying, is if you paid to advertise something and you made no sales, depending on how big or small your brain was, you should perhaps stop spending money on adverts if you don't see any returns.

This is very straight forward you know.

Actually I'm putting together a thread sharing our strategies. Allen indicated he would sticky it up on the wso forum. I'm just a couple months late getting it to him! It's on my agenda to accomplish this month for sure.

The question is not if you can make money with a WSO, but what WSOs make money. You can find this out by going to the WSO forum and looking for the longest, most active threads. Read some of the comments too. That should give you a good idea of the kind of customer response they get.

Whatever you do, do it well. Don't take plr content and rehash it. Make a quality product ... something you are proud of.

  • If WSO's were not profitable then there probably wouldn't be so many WSO's running and being relisted over and over again.

At any given time there are between 1000-4000 people looking at the WSO section and most of these people are buyers not browsers.

Admittedly, if you're new to the forum and don't have much of a reputation then it can be truly tough to run a WSO, or at least that was the case 7 years ago when I first started out here.

Here's a few helpful tips I've learned over the years to run a successful WSO:

    1) Look at what types WSO's are selling well and try to come up with something similar. Some good ideas are wordpress plugins, SEO services, PLR content, graphic design packages, and basically anything related to social media, affiliate marketing, offline consulting, and mobile marketing
    2) Once you've created your product or service give away some free review copies to other warriors so you can start building feedback on your thread
    3) Create some good sales copy or if you can't do that create a good video for your WSO
    4) Limit the quantity you're selling to create scarcity
    5) Encourage everyone who purchases your WSO to leave feedback on your thread either with a link on your download page or a follow up email or both

If you follow the above steps you should be able to make a little bit of money from WSO's and the more you run the better you will get at it and the more money you will make
