What Would you do if you Found an Amazing...

Hi Everyone,

Just looking for some advice if possible from some of the experts here, I know I'm a 'noob' but hoping someone could give me good insights. I recently created a method of getting email addresses that are extremely targeted that will probably only work in the more medical niche (weight loss, acne, possible penis size, etc.)

Now when I say targeted I mean these people fill out a form on their own, agree to the terms and fill out a small questionnaire. For example for weight loss I get the age, how much they weigh, how much weight they would like to lose, etc.

Now if you were me, would you hold on to this method? I honestly don't think anyone else is using it... maybe they are but not really visibly. I just want to know is this list more important to me? Do you think I can make more money by creating lists then just blasting emails with my own products/affiliate links.

Or do you think it's better to sell the method somehow? Less legwork and more upfront money?

To give you an idea I was able to get 293 people to sign up the last 2 and a half days.

What's the right play?

It's hard to make generalized statements without knowing how you're getting the list signups, but many people think each targeted list member is worth about $1 (give or take). If you're getting about 100 a day that could be 100 a day you're making (as well as adding up).

Depends on if they're willing to buy. Try building your list up to like 1000 or 2000 using this method, and blast an offer or two.

    Well... I guess that's a good point.

You can say it's a little 'black hat' but not like the get you banned from Google kind of black hat. More so that you are being pretty tricky, which I guess is why it works so well.

The method has nothing to do with needing Google hits and pretty much anyone could do it.

Hopefully that gave you a little more info.

You can probably make more money honing the technique and using it on CPA offers and then email news followups with targeted affiliate links.

If that's too much work for you, then you could put together an ebook training guide to sell but I think you'd make more by focusing on monetizing your method.

I would probably say collect as many names as you can for a bunch of different sub niches. Then once you think you have enough you can send them your offers - take the money you make and then create a product selling your method.

No reason why you can't make cash from doing both.

I think you have to do both. Carry on building your list in the same time create a product around that. The sales of the product could allow you to then leverage what you're doing to multiply your profits.
