Is it worth to sell my SEO site with its clients?

im at a cross roads.. im not sure what to do.. im making a decent living doing internet marketing but im sick of being home all the time. i try to make efforst to go out but iv become so lazy. i have saved up a little bit of cash and im still in my 20s (late) and im thinking of backpacking thru europe.

question is do i give up my seo business as it takes up most of my time? i have a really decent clean site earning me a few k a month. i was thinking of putting my site on flippa or something with couple of my clients at 800 or so a month and see what happens? maybe sell it for like 4700 or something. i knwo its not much and i could make that in just a few months but the problem is i dont have motivation anymore.

for example one of the clients is a lawyer, and she wants me to do adwords for her and another one of her sites. which could bring in another 500-600 a month. but im just gotten so ****ing lazy. its shamefull. i mean who woudlnt jump at a chance to work hard and make a decent living? i really like my website and it is relatevely easy money. as apposed to digging a ditch i guess. anyway any suggestions would be helpfull.

sell ? dont sell? shut and stop complaining since were in a bad economy and i should take what i can get. any criticism is welcome.

Is this in offline marketing where you have clients and do different services for them or a content site?

Don't do it bro. You'll hate yourself for it after you're done backpacking and come back home, only to start all over again. I speak from personal experience.

Instead, systematize your business. Sounds like you've been doing it long enough to know what needs to be done and what is just a time eater. Outsource anything you can. Chop off any time wasting activity, and any time wasting clients. Streamline operations. And then you can have your cake and eat it too.

Work while traveling across Europe? Laptop? Skype? Email? Paypal? Ibiza? Rome? Lisbon? NightClubs? Hot girls? Surfing? Cold beer? Sunny beaches?

    Perhaps too much?

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

Exactly as the poster above said. Why sell it? Do your work while backpacking across Europe. Heck, that can even help float you for a longer period of time since you'll be making a monthly income! Selling it outright leaves you high and dry when you come back from Europe.

I'd say stick with it and if anything outsource as much of the work as you can to one full-time employee. ($400/mo.) It may take a few months to train them, but in the long run you could then get away with traveling through Europe, making an income and having your work on near autopilot.
