PDF Rebranding - Giveaway Or Sell?

I'm planning a pdf where readers can rebrand the link within with their own affiliate link.

I'm sure most of you know what rebranders are.

Question to those who have done it or seen it done:

Do you sell upfront and including rebranding rights

Or

Do you give away the pdf and sell the rebranding rights within?

Also is it against Paypal TOS to sell rebranding rights to a link in a PDF?

    Option #1: Sell the PDF offering Rebranding Rights to buyers.
    Option #2: Give Away the PDF and offer Rebranding Rights as a OTO.
    Option #3: Sell the PDF and offer the Rebranding Rights as a OTO/Upsell

    No It's not against the PP TOS (as of a few weeks ago) to offer Rebranding Rights to a Link in
    a PDF. Although you should check the PP TOS yourself as I've not checked it in a few
    weeks.

    You have to choose which of the options above best fit the offer you have.

    Using ebooks here is what I do...

    I let affiliates rebrand them and give them away or sell them. Here is an example Rebrand Forum Marketing Made Simple To Earn Easy Commissions

    I want to make it as easy as possible for affiliates to rebrand it and give it away so everyone can make more money.

    Now, with software I give away the MRR and GAR but they must purchase the rebranding rights...

    Of course the rebranding is a little different because the ebook they are just rebranding affiliate links where as with the software they add their OWN links, so no benefit to myself, thus the fee for them :p

    @Coby - What you do is great for helping affiliates of your products.

    How about if the rebranding link in the PDF is an affiliate link itself? Ideas?
