Help ideas for online approaches to offline businesses

Hi
I want to offer social media to offline businesses and I am really stuck for a way to approach them.
I really dont want to cold call , have tried a few wso`s but nothing really fits I would prefer some online email type idea, Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Go to friends, relatives and other businesses that deal with your target business and offer a comission for each referral.

This is the best way to get clients and once you've started the ball rolling you should have no problem bringing in more business.
