Autoresponder question

Hi all,

Basic question.

What happens if you are subscribed to lets say a list plan that allows up to 1000 subscribers but you go over that limit before upgrading? Do you lose all those new subscribers over the 1000 limit? Or does your autoresponder company simply tell you that you need to upgrade otherwise you will lose the clients above your allowed limit on that plan?

Thanks!!

Rich

They do if they have any sense and know how to run a business, you'd think?

This proves nothing, though, because I have the distinct impression that some of the people running autoresponder companies actually have very little sense and don't know all that much about how to run a business, which is in turn part of the reason why there's quite a noticeable turnover of autoresponder companies and the life-expectancy of some of them may not be quite as high as their customers would like to believe.

There may not necessarily be "one answer" to this, Richard: different companies can have different policies and procedures.

This is totally dependent on the individual company you are with. Every company is going to have different rules so this is not a question we can just answer for you. You will need to contact the company you have chosen to go with and ask them what their policies are regarding this.

I would imagine a lot of them would just roll you over to the next plan if you go over the limit of subscribers.

Most of them wont tell you, you need to check & maintain this but better as being said by others, confirm with the autoresponder service provider you are using or plan to use.

    Cheers
