You can send payments from a PayPal account only to people who accept PayPal payments and have their own PayPal account. (Not like the situation over receiving payments from people: they don't need to have a PayPal account to send you money).

I haven't heard of a credit-card company accepting PayPal, so I'm guessing the answer's "no". (But unless someone knows the policies of every credit-card company in the world, it's not really possible for them to say "no" categorically, I suppose?).

No, I don't believe this is possible.

As far as I know you cannot send money to credit cards, if you have money in your account, you can send it to your bank account or paypals pre paid card.

The best way to find out is email log in to your paypal account check out the support section, even send them an email.

If you have a prepaid card like greendot that accepts direct deposit then you can link the direct deposit information to PayPal by adding it as a bank account. That is the only way I know of to transfer money from an account to a card.

Unfortunately no, you can only transfer money from your paypal account to a bank account, then you can use that bank about to pay your credit card.

But to avoid all that, you could just get the paypal cc and never have to transfer money from your account and spend freely! :]

Yes - AlertPay is pretty good, and well worth looking at. Their customer service is typically a lot friendlier and more helpful. Not so many people have heard of it as PayPal, but people don't need to have (or to open) an account there to pay you by credit-card, and it works.

How much money can you receive at one time on Paypal before they block you?
And what should I do they not block me? I know they allow bigger amounts but you need to turn on some function right?

    I'm verified user.

    Thanks

You can receive $10k in a single transaction (and sender must be a PayPal user too -I guess-).
If you are talking about withdrawal limit, since you are verified there's no limit for you.
That's from PayPal help central -> For PayPal members living outside the U.S., the maximum transaction limit depends on the currency in use:
    • EUR - 8000
    • CAD - 12500
    • GBP - 5500
    • JPY - 1.000.000
    • AUD - 12500
    • CHF - 13,000
    • NOK - 70,000
    • SEK - 80,000
    • DKK - 60,000
    • PLN - 32,000
    • HUF - 2,000,000
    • CZK - 240,000
    • SGD - 16,000
    • MXN - 110,000
    • ILS - 40,000
    • HKD - 80,000
    • NZD - 15,000
    • TWD - 330,000
    • THB - 360,000
    • PHP - 500,000
    • BRL - 20,000
    • ARS - 30,000
    • MYR - 40,000

Well, and this is just my guess: If $10k is the limit, and someone tried to send you more than that in one transaction, it would probably get rejected and never make it to your account.
