Use of Youtube by a company

I have a question related to Youtubes rules or policies about companies using their video service to promote them selfs or products. I have read the terms and condition section on the Youtube website. However, I am not 100% sure what is legal and not legal, when it comes to companies uploading videos to Youtube.
Examples:
An airline company uploads a promotion video that includes a particular product/offer and a price. Intention to sell the particular product. This is a B2C situation.
A company uploads a video that shows their product being used, not including price. Intention to inform how the product works, and eventually to sell. This is a B2B situation.
My thoughts on these examples:
From what I read on Youtubes website, it's ok to use their service as long as it's available for free to everyone. However, I couldn't find out (or didn't understand) how it works when the user is a company promoting them selfs or their products.

My worries:
That a company's account on Youtube could get deleted if reported of doing something against Youtube's terms of use.

Does anyone have experience with this? Or just better at understanding Youtube's terms of use than me?
