IM Timing? Learn,Work on my sites, Build sites for others, or outsource?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey guys, right now I am really confused about what to do. I have multiple websites that are doing well, and some that are not so much.

Anyways right now It's summer and I am out of school until August. When I go back I am taking an advanced web design class and an analytics class so I am excited.

But this summer is really hard to decide what to do. I subscribed to Lynda.com to do more Wordpress learning and Dreamweaver and the such and I am also working in my own sites. I've also subscribed to newsletters and podcasts about IM, I am completely determined to be an expert here!

But, I need to make extra money soon, and I am not sure if I should work on my own sites,( and building a list) build sites for other people. Or just outsource content creation, therefore making my sites give me more income. Now outsourcing can backfire, because this costs money and I am actually looking to make money.

Anyways any advice would be really good. :confused:Thanks!

I would say if you need to make money in a rush then go ahead and build sites for other people while learning in your downtime. Once august comes you can use the knowledge you have gained and build up your own sites more plus whatever you learn in your classes.

Just remember that there are 24 whole hours in a day. If used wisely that can be ALOT of time.

  I have a part time job, so I usually have 3 days off a week. I am just trying to spend them wisely. I am taking a time management class as well. During those 3 days I have the following options:
  
  Learn on Lynda.com
  Build and improve my own sites and drive traffic to them.
  Build websites / fanpages for other people
  Outsouce content writing, and just keep building sites to sell them
  Go to local meetups and learn from local SEO experts
  
  I need to pick 2 of these, but its really hard to make up my mind.

  I'd recommend sticking with what you are passionate about and moving forward with that. It sounds like design and Wordpress attract you, therefore I'd take time this summer to learn how to make themes/designs in Wordpress and begin marketing your service online towards the end of summer and begin applying your skills.
