convert ebook with audio files to video?

I have a large ebook (500+ pages) and separate audio files that I want to convert to video files. The audio and ebook are broken into sections and chapters so I will be doing this piece by piece and saving multiple videos (it will not be one big file). The video should show the text and the listener should be able to hear the audio that corresponds to the text. Can you recommend any software to do this quicker than usual?

    What do you want the video to show while the audio is playing? A person who is reading the text? The text itself scrolling by? Screenshots or other images from the book?

      I think the video would be more engaging if you create some PowerPoint slides with bullets and graphics related to the audio rather than just repeating the text on the video.

      You can put the PowerPoint slides and the audio together with Camtasia.

    I would do this in flash or powerpoint myself. Powerpoint would probably be the easiest. Import the text into powerpoint with one or two paragraphs per page. When recording the video you would just start the audio and move to the next page of the powerpoint presentation page by page at the end of each paragraph.
