eCommerce Question: Too Many Items to Sell

Hi,

I run an eCommerce site and our offers have grown over the past year. Our customer sometimes don't know what they need and ask me to figure it out for them.

I don't want to keep answering the same emails and writing the same thing.

How do I go about automating this?

Create a video? Create a flow chart? Create a question and answer?

    You know your site better than us, must be a complex product to require a flow chart.

    A couple other thoughts: Feature a "Best seller" more prominently, create discount bundles or kits of matched up gimos.

    One reason some expand their line to include iferior low end products is to make the others more attractive by comparison, offering Good - Better - Best options priced so the highest price Best is perceived as the best deal ans is sold a good percentage of the time.

      Why not have a Frequently Asked Questions page and link a button to it from the product details info.

      There are plenty of FAQ scripts out there that can be implemented.

      You could also record a video, pop it on youtube and then embed it into the product page too.
