Best way to deliver PLR and Get Paid

Paypal allow the sale of digital goods. They do not protect the buyer though, meaning the buyer cannot claim a refund.

I think DL Guard allows limited downloads.

I may be wrong though.

I have been using Profits Theme for a couple of download pages and I thought there was a way to protect content, but I may be mistaken. DL Guard is supposed to be good so I'm told. I haven't used it though so don't quote me on it

I tried DLGuard a couple of years ago and couldn't get it to work properly despite everyone telling me it was easy and they gave great support. I think it was some kind of conflict issue, so I gave up. Someone has suggested WP CART66, so I am going to taker a look at that.

I have been selling PLR on Paypal and have not had any problems - I also am using DLGuard and found steve very helpful when I had some problem installing it (it was my fault)
However as an alternative maybe you could explore the WHAM firum as I have noticed some other PLR sellers are using them

Come to think about it check other PLR sellers and see what they use and ask them for their advice You will be surpirsed how helpful we all are

Good luck with the venture. I think you're right to be wary of paypal. They are a necessary evil. I've heard some horror stories, and I've had my account frozen three times in the past year. I think it's because I'm traveling in India at the moment and apparently, that red flags my account. Security measures, sure, but a PITA, let me tell you. And there's no real customer service, just automated, formulaic messages.

I spent a wonderful year in India - it's enchanting, I hope you are enjoying yourself. I am very wary of PayPal that's why I asked the question and someone said there's no protection for me, I guess people can get the articles and then get a refund for no reason?

I have spent over a year providing high quality articles, and PLR appear to me to be the best way to make more money, as article writing doesn't really pay a whole lot of rupees.

I am starting a PLR site as well. I'm using e-junkie with paypal.

It's something like $5 a month starting for 10 products and it goes up from there. I like it because the files are on their secured servers so I did not have to do any setup on my site other than create the links. You can redirect them back to your site once they purchased your product. I've used it to sell other digital products and never had any problems.

I use DLGuard and it is very good, although I don't think it automatically gives you a 'sold out' or removes the product. I monitor the number of sales I make in DLGuard (it keeps a tally) and then manually remove them when I have sold the number of limited copies.

Paypal is ok, but I wouldn't trust them for my business.

I use getdpd.com - they have options to use paypal, google checkout and 2co so you won't have all your eggs in the paypal basket.

They allow you to limit the number of downloads, but it doesnt automatically put a "sold out" on the page - what happens is the person see's a message in their shopping cart that some items are limited and they can't purchase them.

Yes, there is room for you in the PLR biz too!

This was going to be my suggestion. I use them also and they are great! You can do a lot of stuff to secure downloads including PDF stamping.

DPD also now has a cart plug-in for WP. Very good company... now if I could only get them to finish the integration with Imnica... :rolleyes:

getdpd.com is something I have also used. The sold out tool is a good one too, especailly yes when you are out of something.

I also use e-junkie. Another nice feature with it is you can input the number of sales you want it to conduct for a product. Once the limit is reached, the processor will not allow anymore sales. You would still need to manually remove it from your sales page. E-junkie also has an affiliate program, so you can conveniently let others promote your PLR if you wish.

To piggyback on a few other warriors, I've used e-junkie and it works pretty well. I know some warriors only use it until they can put it on their own domain/server, but having e-junkie's protection and "sold" count is nice.

I use E-junkie as well and you can set it up to send the buyers to your autoresponder after they've purchased. You can also select from a list of payment processors like Google Checkout, Paypal, etc.

I agree with most of the comments above.

Most IM'ers, even PLR sellers, use e-junkie as a payment processor. You have the option to set the number of items sold, which is pretty handy when you're selling limited PLR (like me

. Another good feature is that you can bundle up different products (which also affects their limits) so you wouldn't have to worry about keeping track of downloads when you're running a PLR special.

It's pretty cheap too, especially when you're still starting out with a few packs.

Other bigtime PLR sellers recommend DLGuard (which is kinda pricey) but you only have to pay once, so you'll save money in the long run. But I can't say for certain if you have the option of limiting the number of items sold.

Honestly, I don't know why more people don't use Ejunkie. They are great. Simple and effective. Maybe it is the terrible name?
