Building Kajabi...

I posted earlier on what wordpress theme was good for squeeze pages and it got me thinking. What would it take to build a poor mans Kajabi?? Here's what I came up with.

First the theme. I would go with Optimize Press. Beautiful easy squeeze and sales pages. Membership pages are pretty sexy too.

Plugins. You would need a membership plugin, I think the easiest would be wishlist member. You would also need a video player plugin like easy video player (for self hosted videos) or traffic player advanced (for youtube hosted videos). Actually with the recent update of traffic player, you can embed evp videos, so thats pretty cool. BUT and a huge one, evp has video sitemaps built in now, and with traffic player you have to purchase mark's goggle video sitemap plugin. So since we are going the poor mans route, I would probably go with EVP. Of course you could go with platinum seo or all in one, those would both work. Ummmm... what else am I missing?

This would be a nice set up, what do you all think?

    Sounds good to me! Not only is it cheaper, but you have full control!
