How to find people to write for?

INTERNET MARKETING

Looking to make about $30 today and need a few customers to write articles for. How should I go about finding them?

Post your resume etc on Odesk.com, that's where I hire writers from.

Check out the section warrior members looking to hire you. Also you can post in the services area, but it costs $20. Fiverr is a good place, but you'll make less.

This website is a great resource, and if you don't like oDesk you may want to check out textbroker. Textbroker can provide a nice steady flow of work and income for writers. I've used them extensively for many projects and enjoy how easy it is to get solid work from writers without having to manage them.

Try Freelancer or elance for hiring people, You can get best peoples at low cost.

  You can also use these resources to BE hired, which is what the OP wants. Keep in mind, though, that you'll be bidding for each job against many other hopefuls. These sites are anything BUT a quick means of generating income.

Some great suggestions above. Wherever you decide to market yourself, be careful not to underprice yourself. A lot of customers will relate a low rate with a low quality, so do some research into pricing first!

Take a look in the Warriors For Hire section and see what some of the more established writers are charging.

Whilst it's good to pitch in at a low rate to start a portfolio, you don't want to remain at this level.

Thanks for all the advice guys! I don't have any samples except for my blog which is good but i'd put even more care into articles I get paid to write. The warriors for hire sections are great but very competitive. Thanks again!

  Don't have samples? Then write some sample articles to show potential buyers. If you want to sell your services, you need examples of your work.
