A facebook marketing question

With a question, I have just brought new clothing shopping site online this month and currently using facebook page as main social marketing method, I am facing the problem that my page have only 100 likes per month. Is that a normal data? Should I try buying some targeted fans on fiverr? Please advice. Thanks.
