Video is NOT everything!!!!
I'm getting sick to death of going to IM sites where it's a long video and 1 or 2 additional sentences which usually amounts to "Watch this video to the end for a special bonus" or some crap.
SOME people are deaf. They can not HEAR the damn videos. In addition, some of us don't have time to watch a 20 minute video only to have it be something we can't use.
Using video is great. Awesome even. But should not be a substitute for actually writing out the text. At least SOME text.
Seriously, you're not going to lose a sale by telling us what the video is about. In fact, you may well be losing sales because you don't.
Use video for sure. But have text too. Don't limit yourself.
