How to make your first sale from your list...

Hi,

You can do this if you haven't yet sold anything through your mailing list.

When I first did it, I had a list of about 250+. This technique brought in 5 sales(1 refund, so 4) for an eBook priced at $37, the first time I tried it. so that's $148 cash.

You should also know that I got the idea from one of Frank Kern's free reports (give credit where it's due )

So what is this "amazing" technique?

It's simple. Make a trial offer to your list; 1$ to try the product, $36 after one week.

You can set this up easily using PayPal.

Action time: if you are ready to try your first sale, do it now! Come back, and post the results.

Why, I have read about this several months ago and forgot. Thanks for bringing it up in mind!

P.S. how can you find affiliate product especially in non-IM niche that specifically offered a trial like this?

To be honest... I don't know. I'm not really into affiliate marketing. I did this for my own product.

Regular stuff squeeze pages, hover sign up forms.

Traffic from article marketing, and two other traffic sources refuse to reveal

Make sure you have a really valuable incentive for them to sign up.

Try Eben Pagan's "Psychic Sales Letter" if you want fast list growth.

    So simple. Yet, so smart.

I've bookmarked this for later to use myself with
my own product I'm creating now.

This is definitely worth doing. You're eliminating
the risk of trying your product to add value.

Trials are definitely a good way to increase sales initially. Does it work well for an eBook, though? Seems like you'd have a lot of folks sign up for the "trial", download everything and then cancel.

Here's an idea - create a course, but for the "trial", only include the main part of the course itself. If people like that and decide not to cancel, then they would receive the rest of the course when they make their other payment.

You'll get some of those, but those who pay are more than those who don't.

I've had some late payments too.

Here is a surprising thing: one guy was late with the payment, wrote to apologize! He told me he would put money in his account within a week, and he did.

So, as long as your product is good, you have nothing to worry about.

The easiest way to sell to your list is to offer them something they want to buy.. Sounds obviously but clearly often missed..

You should define your lists by markets and then bring the right product to said market

oh and then post them on my site!

    Shameless plug lol
