Are You Utilizing QR Codes?

More and more I am seeing QR code images in shop windows, on magazines, on flyers. I am just figuring out what they are and how to utilize them. I even set up a QR code generator website, with a script I purchased the other day: QRGenerator.Biz

QR is the acronym for "Quick Response" and B a QR code is a two-dimensional barcode image with a URL, simple text, SMS email, or phone number encoded into it. QR code images are scanned with mobile devices QR code readers installed on them to quickly pick up the information contained in it.

Are you utilizing QR codes? If so, how, and has it brought results? Thanks.

    QR codes can tie in nicely with the cell phone short code some Realty Agents are tacking onto their yard signs, here's a light article on Short codes and QR codes for Realty.

    They would be fun to use in some of sort of game where a series of instructions are posted around town using QR codes and other puzzles.

    By the way, there have more than one WSO on selling QR code service to local businesses. Great for an existing sign printer.

    I am not currently utilizing QR Codes myself in any of my marketing but I do scan them a lot these days with my iPhone. It's such an easy and efficient way to get information into my device for reference at a later date when I have time to browse a website or whatever. They look great too. Does anyone know if they can be customized in anyway like with colours?
