    Hi,

I use WP Slimstats plug-in, it's free and gives you all sorts of stats, it's worth a look!

What have you got against Google Analytics? I find it to be an extremely useful tool, especially if you setup goal and revenue tracking properly with it.

StatCounter is a really popular one, but it's pretty limited in what it shows.

If you've got the cash, a really good one is Site Catalyst, but it's extremely expensive (thousands of dollars per year), but it's worth it if you have a huge amount of traffic.

Google Analytics is definitely the best free solution. There is better software with more comprehensive click tracking and heat maps, but overall GA gets the job done well enough.

Statcounter is alright, but only if you're using the paid version. I used to use it on my blogs when I first started.

Google Analytics - on all our sites. We've played with them all at once point or another and found Google does just about everything we need it to do and more.

    And of course.. it's FREE!

I use statcounter and have you ever heard the saying dont fix something unless it is broken.

Honestly statcounter is great and not to mention its new features. With me always doing seo on my sites the fact it now tells me the position the keyword was in on google when someone clicks is amazing.

Try piwik analytics. Its free, but you have to self host it - which might be a plus if you don't want to hand over your data to google.

I have it setup on its own subdomain. And it tracks all my sites. There's live reporting, quick seo stats which is nice, search engine positions, etc. You can spot trends quickly with it.
