Would you buy this EMD.net?

I found an EMD.net, 28,000 exact monthly searches, CPC, $6.50

The .com is taking up the first 3 spots on page 1 of google, and the .org is number 5.

Anyway, I'm seeing EMD'S with similar similar search results and much less CPC as premium domains for sale on godaddy... some for a couple of grand.

So, should I buy it and develop a site, or just try and sell the domain?

    Flipping a semi-developed EMD will always be a good bet. But as far as organic search rankings go the whole "EMDs or don't bother" is an old argument. An EMD is a single ranking factor but not a complete SEO plan.

        This is a good advice. Sometime we delay and when we finally get to buy it, it's gone.
