Question About 1Shoppingcart

Hello you wonderful people

First, thanks for all the help I have received on this forum. I hope someday to be able to pay it back!

My question is regarding 1shoppingcart. I am doing a webinar with one of my affiliates pitching one of my infoproducts to her list. At the end of the webinar, I want to have an ADD TO CART button with my affiliate's link going straight to the shopping cart. I don't want the webinar attendee to have to go to my salespage.

I hope this makes sense.

Does anyone know how this can be done? (Pretty Please?)

1Shoppingcart was awful to deal with. They said, "You only have a Pro Monthly account (for which I pay $99/mo!) so we can't help you" and then they hung up on me. I am assuming we were mistakenly cut off. :rolleyes:

    Hello Suzanne,

    My apologies for your experience with our support team. I'm sure that you were not "hung up" on purpose and we'll be reviewing our call logs to ensure that was not the case.

    So you know, our Phone Support is a premium add-on to our service and is not included with any base packages. Although all accounts can receive free email support through support portal (click "Support" from the top right of your account) you must either be an Ultimate Support subscriber or pay a Per Incident Fee if you require assistance over the phone.

    To address your question, there is a way to append your affiliate's unique ID to any of your product links so that your affiliate gets credit AND the customer goes straight to your checkout page. This can be done by using the "Quick Link builder" option under the "Links" tab of any product.

    From the link builder wizard:

    1. Input your affiliate's ID into the "Affiliate ID" box.
    2. From "Link Behaviour" select "Send customer to checkout process"
    3. Click "Generate Link"

    The next page will proivde you with a 1-Step and 2-Step URL and link that you can embed anywhere on the web.
