social network marketing vendor disclaimer help
Hi I am currently in need of a bit of advise I have a new ebook/video product I have created and I want to release and sell it on Clickbank it's within social network marketing niche.
However when looking through the Clickbanks prohibited products Clickbank apparently doesn't like you using there vendor services for this. Clickbank says on there website that they prohibit "Products about marketing through social networking sites that are contrary to the social networking site's terms of use"
However i have found a lot of products that are on Clickbank that are selling social network marketing ebooks/videos and they include the following disclaimer within there sales/pitch page.
"This site and the products and services offered on this site are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Google, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Youtube or Microsoft, nor have they been reviewed tested or certified by Google, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Youtube or Microsoft."
I don't know whether to get approved by Clickbank in order to sell my vendor product I will have to add this type of disclaimer on the sales/pitch page or if I should just not mention the social networking sites on the sales/pitch page and just refer to the sites like Youtube as a "video social networking site" within the sales/pitch page but still make the product available to buy please help
